Nacho Soucheiron is a senior executive with more than 23 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a strong track record in renewable energy investment, development, and asset management. He currently serves as Partner at EXUS Renewables for Latin Americaand Partner of GenuX Power, a joint venture focused on energy infrastructure development.

Before joining Exus, Nacho was Director of Investments at Sinia Renovables the equity arm from Banco Sabadell Capital,where he led the equity platform focused on renewable energy investments. In this role, he spearheaded the investment, development, construction, and operation of wind farms, mini-hydro, and photovoltaic projects. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for more than 60 renewable energy transactions, totaling approximately 2,800 MW and over €2.3 billion in enterprise value, including equity investments exceeding €400 million.

Nacho has also served on the boards of all renewable energy subsidiaries of Banco Sabadell, contributing his technical and strategic expertise to drive growth and operational excellence. Earlier in his career, he held technical and civil engineering roles in the construction sector, developing a solid foundation in project execution and infrastructure management.

He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from EUETIB and a MSc in Industrial Management Engineering from ETSEIB. He also completed an MBA at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and a General Management Program (PDG) at IESE Business School (Universidad de Navarra).

With a strong presence in both European and Latin American markets, Nacho is recognized for his ability to identify and execute high-impact renewable energy projects, as well as for building strategic partnerships thatdrive long-term value.

Luis Arizaga is a senior executive with 29 years of experience in asset management and investment banking, specializing in infrastructure and sustainable energy projects. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MBA from NYU. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in structuring, financing, and managing infrastructure investments.

He currently serves on the boards and investment committees of several prominent organizations, including Cox ABG Group, Altor Capital en Infraestructura, CIFI, and Beel Infrastructure Partners, contributing his expertise in financial structuring and business development. Luis is also a partner at Exus Renewables, managing a global portfolio of over 150 renewable energy assets, and at Genux Power, a joint venture with Glencore focused on energy infrastructure development.

Previously, he held senior positions at Macquarie Group, leading asset acquisitions and capital raising for infrastructure projects in Latin America. Earlier in his career, he worked at Citi Banamex and Deutsche Bank in investment banking roles specializing in M&A and project finance.

With a strong network across Latin America, Luis is recognized for his ability to identify investment opportunities, manage asset portfolios, and foster strategic partnerships in the global infrastructure and energy sectors.
